  • Filling is put in the machine minced meat supply hopper; and the dough is put in the dough hopper (1).

  • Machine minced meat supply pump moves the filling from the hopper to the forming area through a nozzle.

  • Dough preliminary supply device forms two dough billets in the form of tape and passes them first to the upper dough rolling unit (3), and then to the lower dough rolling unit (4).

  • Upper and lower dough rolling units produce two dough tapes of the determined thickness, which are transferred to the forming area.

  • Finished product falls out from the forming elements (6) upon the offtake conveyor (8) and is delivered to the storage device.

  • Extra dough not used in forming the finished product (flash) is put on trays and moved to the area under the conveyor.

  • Machine and all its transmissions are directly controlled using the sensor control panel (9).

  • Components in contact with the product are made of modern materials permitted for use in the food industry, i.e. stainless steel.

Options

«Multiroller» option

The «multi-controller» option is a system of multiple rolling test tape.
It delicately, without heating, seals the test tape, allowing you to adjust the thickness and density of the test.
The main advantages of using the option:

Now you yourself can improve the properties of the dough, and most importantly the taste of the finished product! This is a revolution in the production of semi-finished products.

Compaction of the dough allows you to keep the juice inside the dumpling, eliminates sticking of the products and sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Dumplings are not deformed after a long cooking, and the taste properties of the finished product are preserved.

Dumplings are not limp, and the broth remains clear.

*dumplings are darker in color, made without the use of the "multiroller" option, lighter color - with the use of the option.
Production was carried out on one machine with the same recipe.
The "multiroller" option can only be installed on the SD-800 and SD -1000.
