  • Various fillings are put in the machine minced meat supply hoppers (for example, meat in one hopper and mushrooms in the other, or curd – berries, etc.); and the dough is put in the dough supply unit (1).

  • Machine minced meat supply pump moves the filling from the hopper to the forming area through the minced meat flab. Dough supply device forms a dough billet in the form of the continuous tape and passes it to the transporter (2).

  • Dough rolling unit (3) out of the dough billet produces three dough tapes (the third dough layer forms a partition inside pelmeni or vareniki; and various fillings are not mixed inside) of the determined thicknesses, which are transferred to the forming area.

  • Finished double chamber product (with two various fillings) falls out from the forming elements (4) upon the offtake conveyor (7) and is delivered to the storage device. Extra dough not used in forming the finished product (flash) is put on trays and moved to the area under the conveyor.

  • Machine and all its transmissions are directly controlled using the sensor control panel (5).

  • Components in contact with the product are made of modern materials permitted for use in the food industry, i.e. stainless steel.

ADVANTAGES

  2. Fillings do not interact with each other retaining the original taste thereof (berry – curd vareniki, berries do not oxidize curd).

  3. Dough inner layer reinforces pelmeni (meat dumplings) and reduces formation of cracks when frozen.

  4. Three dough layers strengthen the layer; pelmeni (meat dumplings) and vareniki (curd and fruit dumplings) do not boil soft and keep the succulence thereof.

The pump is designed to feed stuffing to the dumpling machine.
